Brooke Betit went to Ohio University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. She also received a commission into the United States Air Force. From 2012 to 2015, she served as a public affairs officer for Joint Base Langley Eustis. Once she left the military, she became a public information officer for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. She currently lives in Columbus, Ohio.
Brooke joined the Advisory team because call to service doesn’t stop once you leave the military. There is always a difference you can make in someone’s life, using the skills that your prior experiences have given you. She believe OSD gives veterans an opportunity to continue serving their communities as well as to join a supportive community that comes up with creative solutions to veteran issues.
