Since joining OSD in early 2017, Laeth has made significant process improvements in the day-to-day operations for “Supply Drop” fulfillments. These improvements include a decrease in turn around time for requests from deployed units as well as near real-time inventory tracking for the over 2,000 square foot warehouse resulting in operations that now ship and receive five days a week.

Laeth stated, “OSD has assisted me with transitioning into the civilian life.  With its numerous contacts and right hand experiences leading me into success. I have listened to OSD’s senior leadership, I payed attention and asked questions.”

“OSD’s ranks are filled with senior military knowledge that not only assists with accomplishing the mission, but overall keep and maintain the morale and brotherhood within the company.”

“This is not a job but a calling. I am proud to consider myself apart of something greater again.   I am so proud of the men and women of this country and those who give their free time to make a difference in this organization.”

OSD CEO & Executive Director, Glenn Banton, stated, “We are blessed to have Laeth on our team. His selflessness as a leader and willingness to learn make him uniquely rare and he serves as an example for others in the community to learn from. I am excited to see what I know will be continued success to the benefit of the great military community due to Laeth’s dedication and commitment to excellence in everything he does.”
